For over 30 years Youngs Gym has provided the Wake Forest area with recreational gymnastics and we are happy to now have a competitive option to continue challenging our gymnasts and helping them reach their goals! Youngs Gym debuted its first ever competitive gymnastics team during the 2024-25 season and competed in the USAG Xcel Bronze division. The team expanded to also include the Xcel Silver division for the 2025-26 season. To cap off the 2025-26 season, the team finished top 6 out of 34 teams in the Bronze division and top 5 out of 41 teams in the Silver division at the NC Bronze/Silver State Meet! For the 2026-27 season, the Youngs Competitive Team will grow to also include the Xcel Gold division! As a precursor to the competitive team, Youngs also offers Junior and Senior Pre-Teams for young gymnasts that have exhibited exceptional strength, flexibility, and natural ability along with positivity, motivation and passion for the sport of gymnastics! Membership on the Youngs Competitive Team and Pre-Teams is by INVITATION ONLY as spots are limited.
